Soak strips of goose meat in your favorite hot sauce, we used Franks here, then coat in our original Catch + Cook coating.
Fry in oil at 350 degrees until crispy and cooked through.
Let rest on a a wire rack for a minute in order to let the oil drip off. The coating will remain crunchy if you rest on a wire rack over placing on paper towels or a cloth.
